Do you offer pickup and delivery in Buea?+
Yes. We pick up and deliver across Buea, including Molyko, Great Soppo, Bakweri Town, Bonduma, Buea Town, Checkpoint, UB Junction and Mile 16/17. Pickup costs 1,000 FCFA and delivery 1,000 FCFA, added to your laundry bill. Just book a pickup online or message us on WhatsApp.
How long does laundry take?+
Most orders are ready within 48 hours. If you need it faster, ask for our express service for a small extra charge.
How much does laundry cost?+
We charge a fixed price per item, so you always know the cost. For example, a shirt starts around 500 FCFA and a two-piece suit around 1 500 FCFA. See our full price list for every item, or choose wash-per-kilo for bulk loads.
How do I pay?+
You can pay with cash or MTN Mobile Money. You may pay a deposit when you drop off and settle the balance at pickup, or pay in full. Nothing is required up front.
Can I track my order?+
Yes. Create a free account and you can see the status of every order, your full history, your balance, and get a message when your clothes are ready.
How do you keep my clothes from getting mixed up?+
Every customer gets a unique tag code that we attach to your clothes, and we photograph each item at drop-off. That way your garments are always matched back to you correctly.
Do you clean delicate items and traditional wear?+
Yes. We dry clean suits, gowns and delicate fabrics, and we hand-care for kaba, boubou, agbada, gandoura and beaded wedding gowns.
